Nurse Practitioner (Arabic Speaking)

We’re seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner fluent in Arabic and English to join our growing team. You’ll provide direct patient care, from assessments to treatment plans, while helping bridge communication gaps for our Arabic-speaking patient population.ResponsibilitiesConduct patient assessments, physical exams, and health historiesDiagnose and treat acute and chronic conditionsPrescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic testsDevelop and manage individualized treatment and care plansCommunicate fluently with Arabic-speaking patients to ensure clear understanding of diagnoses, treatment, and instructionsEducate patients and families on preventive care and health managementMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR systemCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff on coordinated careQualificationsActive NJ state license as a Nurse PractitionerActive CDS and DEA licenseFluency in Arabic and English required (written and spoken)Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with [specialty, e.g., primary care, family medicine] is a plusProficiency with EHR systems
